Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Louisville, KY for a Customer Service Representative/Warehouse Leader. This is a hybrid role where you will be assisting as a Customer Service Representative and a Warehouse leader depending on demands of the job. You will be responsible for interacting with customers, answering inquiries, managing inventory, placing and writing orders for the warehouse and processing orders and returns. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that the warehouse is clean, organized, and functioning efficiently.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service
- Prior experience working and managing a warehouse
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience recommended
Salary : $18 - $25
