Schedule & Pay

· 4-Day Work Week (Mon–Thurs, 9 PM – 7:30 AM) → 3-day weekends!

· Pay starts at $16/hr $2/hr overnight premium (built into posted rate)

· Up to $300/month vehicle reimbursement (~$1.50/hr)

· Paid mileage & drive time

· Hotel accommodations $50/day per diem for overnight travel

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Reset Merchandiser, you’ll help keep Kroger stores looking sharp, shoppable, and customer-ready. Responsibilities include:

· Executing product resets & building displays from planograms

· Working independently and directing part-time/temp staff as needed

· Partnering with Kroger teams, food brokers, and fellow P.L. Marketing employees

· Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area

· Traveling (up to 50% overnight) and representing P.L. Marketing with professionalism

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

· Must live within 30 miles/60 minutes of Atlanta, GA

· Age 18 with a valid driver’s license & personal transportation

· Willing to travel (50%, including overnights)

· High school diploma or GED

· Able to read & implement planograms

· Basic MS Word & Excel skills; smartphone with internet/data access (app usage required)

· Strong teamwork, communication, and self-motivation

· Physically able to:

o Stand/walk for long periods

o Lift/push/pull 50 lbs regularly (up to 70 lbs occasionally)

o Reach, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs overhead

o Tolerate temperatures ranging from 0°–90°
