What You’ll Do
- Complete product resets and merchandising projects from planograms
- Build displays and organize store shelves
- Work independently and help direct part-time or temp staff as needed
- Partner with Kroger teams and fellow P.L. Marketing employees
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Travel up to 50%, including overnight stays

What We’re Looking For
- Must live within 45 minutes/miles of Memphis, TN
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willing to travel up to 50%, including overnights
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Able to read and execute planograms
- Smartphone with internet/data access required
- Strong communication, teamwork, and self-motivation
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for long periods
- Regularly lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Occasionally lift up to 70 lbs
- Bend, reach, and lift overhead
- Work in temperatures from 0° to 90°
