P&L Landscaping is hiring full-time Landscape Crew Members to join our growing team.
Experience is helpful, but we're willing to train dependable, hardworking people who show up ready to work and learn.
You'll work alongside experienced landscape professionals on residential and commercial properties throughout Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts.
What You'll Do
Depending on the crew and project, your work may include:
- Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and property maintenance
- Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and perennials
- Mulching and landscape bed installation
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Assisting with patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape projects
- Loading and unloading materials
- Operating mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment
- Keeping trucks, equipment, and job sites clean and organized
- Helping the crew complete projects safely and efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Dependable and ready to work
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Able to perform physical work and lift approximately 50 lbs.
- Able to work well as part of a crew
- Landscaping or construction experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license is a plus
