The Role
We’re looking for an exceptional warehouse supervisor to help us achieve our operating plan.
As a warehouse supervisor, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure that appropriate minimum and maximum stock levels are maintained. You will be in charge of all inventory entering and leaving the warehouse, writing up material lists for jobs, Placing, tracking, receiving, and delivering all parts and equipment, as well as processing returns and warranty items. You will manage the warehouse facility as a whole, including but not limited to general organization, cleanliness, and maintenance.
Must be organized and process oriented. Requires communication and problem solving skills. Must be able to plan and prioritize the day’s work and possess the drive to assess and improve on existing processes and implement new.
Responsibilities
- Daily
- Manage inventory flow and supply install jobs with necessary parts and equipment
- Receive POs (Service, Inventory, Job, Office)
- Check in Service parts
- Assess and write up pending jobs
- Order parts and equipment
- Coordinate deliveries/pick-ups
- Verify counts and prices on shipments
- Maintain computerized purchase order system
- Assist in product and material research for technicians
- Communicate with vendors, technicians, and office staff effectively
- Meet project, vendor, and office deadlines
- Weekly
- Maintain optimum stock levels
- Stock orders
- Execute truck stock replenishment
- Manage Service returns and warranties
- Call slip and inventory discrepancy corrections
- Review open POs
- Job material returns
- Review the week’s work
- Assess successes and shortcomings
- Monthly
- Maintain warehouse
- Research/receive unmatched invoices
- Month-end closing of jobs
- Equipment inventory update
- Inventory/warehouse clean-up
- Scrap and dumpster maintenance
- General maintenance assessment
Requirements
- Proven track record in operations, with 5 years’ experience
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Ability to work autonomously, self-directed
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Quick, sound decision-making abilities
- Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
