What you'll do
Clean residential homes to a high standard — kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas. Perform standard, deep, and move-in/out cleans. Follow our checklist so every home meets the same quality every visit. Communicate professionally with clients and treat their homes with care. Manage your time to stay on schedule across 2–4 homes a day.
What we're looking for
1–2 years of house cleaning experience preferred (exceptional, reliable candidates without it may be considered). Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in your work. Dependability — you show up, on time, every scheduled day. Able to pass a background check. Trustworthy, respectful, and professional in clients' homes. English or Spanish welcome.
Pay & benefits
$22–$26/hour, paid weekly. Performance and retention bonuses (raise after 90 days for strong performers). Referral bonuses. Paid mileage between jobs. Paid training. Schedule
Monday–Friday, daytime hours. Full-time.
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
