pk curry house is a busy takeout indian restaurant in mayfield heights looking for a kitchen lead to help run the show. you'll oversee daily kitchen operations, keep food quality consistent, and help train the rest of the team. good fit if you like moving fast, take pride in your food, and want more ownership than a typical line cook role.
responsibilities
- lead and supervise kitchen staff, including training and day to day guidance
- oversee food prep to make sure everything meets our quality standards
- manage inventory, ordering, and minimizing food waste
- operate our Square POS system for order processing and cash handling
- help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and up to code
