The Farmer's Table Restaurant is a scratch, Farm to Table, Full Service Restaurant, located in Historic Downtown Medina. We are seeking full and part time Day Prep Cooks hours are 8am-3pm, Tues-Sat. Love to prep food at home? Need a job while kids are at school? This is for you! Qualifications - positive attitude, willingness to learn, work as a team, likes cleaning, ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities
- Follow and prepare recipes
- Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables
- Basic cooking functions such as sauté, and preparing sauces
- Label stock and inventory all ingredients
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate with team members and follow directions
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- Ability to lift boxes of potatoes or flour sacks
