We are hiring full-time Sales Representatives to work inside retail partner locations, representing telecommunications products and services.
This is a W-2 employee position that involves face-to-face, in-store sales, engaging directly with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the best products and services.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
• Engage with customers inside retail locations to discuss wireless products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate phone plans, devices, and promotions
• Explain product features, pricing, and current offers clearly and professionally
• Complete sales transactions and process customer information accurately
• Track sales and meet individual performance goals
• Provide a positive, professional, and customer-focused experience daily
Compensation
• $15/hour base pay uncapped commission
• Paid training at an hourly rate
• Average weekly earnings: $700–$1,300, depending on performance
• Top performers may exceed this range based on sales results

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
