Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and troubleshooting of residential plumbing systems.
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance on plumbing fixtures, including faucets, toilets, and pipes.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their plumbing issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and uphold company standards regarding safety and quality of work.
- Document all services performed and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold the company's reputation for quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role, with a focus on residential plumbing.
- Relevant licensure or certification required for plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and repairs.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
