Pay: $50,000 per year, plus overtime over 45 hours per week during the summer season
Start date: 2027 season

About us

P&C Landscape & Design is a growing landscaping company serving the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. We offer weekly lawn care, landscape and hardscape installation, and snow removal for residential and commercial properties. We’re looking for an experienced, organized leader to run our lawn care division and help lead our snow removal operations.

What you’ll do

• Organize and run our lawn care crews, including morning setup, route assignments, and keeping crews on task throughout the day
• Be the main point of contact for lawn care customers, answering emails and questions and following up on concerns
• Schedule and coordinate irrigation turn-ons and turn-offs
• Manage the fertilization program
• Keep commercial properties maintained to a high standard, including weeding and site photo reports
• Bid lawn care jobs and help sell seasonal services like cleanups, aeration, and dethatching
• Check quality across all properties so every job is done right
• Help lead snow removal operations during the winter

Schedule

• Typically 4 days in the field and 1 day of office and admin work
• Seasonal hours, with longer weeks in summer
• Availability for early mornings, and for nights and weekends during snow events

Requirements

• Lawn care experience (required)
• Experience managing or leading a crew (preferred)
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Comfortable working with customers by phone and email
• Valid driver’s license
