- Oversee daily operations, including service delivery, logistics, supply chain management, safety, compliance, and facility operations.
- Implement and refine processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance.
- Ensure business continuity through effective planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop operational managers and staff across multiple departments.
