- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on business performance, financial opportunities, and risk.
- Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and long-range planning to support investment and operational decisions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve margins, manage costs, and enhance profitability.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, payroll, AP/AR, job costing, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain robust financial controls, audit readiness, and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Lead annual budgeting processes and manage continuous forecasting.
- Develop and maintain internal controls, financial policies, and audit procedures to protect company assets.
- Oversee regulatory compliance, tax planning, and coordination with external auditors, banks, and legal advisors.
- Manage insurance programs, bonding requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, credit lines, and capital allocation.

- 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in construction, industrial services, manufacturing, or project-based industries.
- Proven experience overseeing financial operations for a multi-division or multi-location organization.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, job costing, financial controls, and treasury management.
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
