- Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and prospective tenants
- Assist with day-to-day property operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areasRespond to inquiries and help resolve resident concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming community environment
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, data entry)
- Previous customer service or property management experience preferred but not required
