We are currently hiring motivated, customer-focused individuals for a In-Store Customer Associate role in the area. This is a face-to-face, customer-engagement position inside a busy retail environment, ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right solutions.
This role combines customer service, product education, and direct sales in a fast-paced setting. No prior experience is required — paid training is provided.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Build rapport to understand customer needs and preferences
- Present products, services, and promotions clearly and confidently
- Guide customers through the purchase or enrollment process
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain a positive, high-energy presence on the sales floor
- Answer questions and resolve basic concerns
- Track interactions and daily performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to drive results
