Driver Upgrade Coordinator

About this opportunity We are looking for someone to advise the new solo drivers of all the resources the company has to help them succeed. You will also coordinate with other departments to arrange meetings with the new upgrade(s) and new experienced drivers. This position may also help drivers with some of their skills such as backing, turning, and pre-trip inspections. Pay and Schedule This position is Monday - Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm. The pay range is $50,000 - $60,000 dependent on experience. How will you contribute to the success of the team? Teach and inform drivers of DOT and company policies. Serve as a liaison with other departments to help new solo drivers get all their questions answered. Maintain and inventory supplies for classroom instruction and hand-outs Perform other assigned duties or tasks as time permits or as directed by supervisor What makes you a strong candidate for this position?
