About this opportunity As a Driver File Administrator, you will compile paperwork and certifications for student and experienced drivers’ files in accordance with DOT requirements, digitize those files, and keep them up to date. Pay and Schedule The pay range is $16-$18 an hour dependent on experience. This position is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm How will you contribute to the success of the team? Obtain, evaluate, and enter complete and accurate information into the AS400 and Tenstreet system Perform audits on students who have recently graduated from a Truck Driving School Perform audits for experienced driver files Build driver codes and their driver master profiles Compile required paperwork for DOT files, personnel files, and training files Update driver’s license, medical card, and other driver file maintenance information in a timely manner Issue rider permits for passengers Handle verification requests Perform other assigned duties or tasks as time permits or as directed by supervisor What makes you a strong candidate for this position?
