Responsibilities- Maintain and repair automated production equipment, including PLC-controlled, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on manufacturing equipment
- Perform emergency repairs during production as well as scheduled preventive maintenance
- Install, maintain, and assist with setup of new equipment and machinery
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and work orders
- Diagnose equipment failures, replace defective parts, test systems, and make necessary adjustments
- Perform basic machinist duties and fabrication tasks as needed
- Assist with facility maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, and general building upkeep
- Use hand tools, power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment safely and effectively
- Identify and report unsafe conditions, faulty equipment, or unusual maintenance concerns
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while following all company safety procedures
- High school diploma or GED required
- Completion of a technical apprenticeship or equivalent maintenance experience preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with PLC systems and industrial automation preferred
- HVAC experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
