Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team at Ozzie's Skyview Club in Kaukauna, WI, As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
Open shifts: 3-9pm Tuesday through Sunday, full and part-time positions available.
General Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service to all guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with coworkers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adherence to Standards: Follow all restaurant policies and procedures, including food safety and hygiene guidelines (certain positions require ServSafe Certification)
- Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, kitchen staff, and management.
- Time Management: Work efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of a busy restaurant environment.
Specific Position Responsibilities
Bartenders:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Manage bar inventory and restock supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Verify age and ID for alcohol service.
- Anticipated Wage: $10-12/hour tips
