Responsibilities
- Support hardware and software installation and maintenance
- Troubleshoot network issues and perform system diagnostics
- Provide moderate direct user support in a mixed environment
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records
- Monitor system security and manage backups
- Set up equipment and conduct performance testing
- Utilize remote desktop, network monitoring, and hardware diagnostic tools
- Manage tickets using ticketing systems, with Connectwise experience as a plus
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT support
