- Sales Competencies: Requires a competitive spirit, positive attitude, coachable nature, team player mentality, excellent listening skills, persistence, and confident phone communication using Sandler Sales techniques.
- Sales Support: Assist the Ozinga Home & Inside Sales Team with sales prospecting and data analytics tasks.
- Data Management: Maintain and manage accurate customer and prospect data in multiple Salesforce clouds.
- Collaboration: Work with other Ozinga personnel to identify, pursue, sell, and close B2C Homeowner opportunities.
- Training Participation: Actively participate in training processes, including networking events, sales ride-alongs, plant and quarry tours, and seminars.
- Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required, current college student in Marketing or Business Administration preferred, CRM experience strongly preferred, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, and basic sales experience is a plus.
