Job Duties And Qualifications
- Prepare customer quotes based on established pricing, product quality, and service guidelines.
- Manage the order process from placement to delivery in coordination with internal departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers within assigned territories.
- Collaborate with billing, credit, dispatch, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Develop business strategies for key accounts and prepare territory sales forecasts and reports.
- Respond to incoming leads and referrals while identifying growth opportunities within current accounts.
- Represent Ozinga at industry events, community functions, and trade associations to promote our brand and services.
- Resolve customer concerns related to service, billing, and product quality with professionalism and care.
- Participate in continuing education to stay up to date on industry trends and safety policies.
- Must have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and sales experience in Ready-Mix or building materials (preferred).
