Ozinga | Mokena, IL (On-site, remote considered with monthly travel required)

Salary: $122,000 to $153,000 Annually

Be part of something new. Ozinga is launching a strategic initiative focused on delivering innovative customer solutions, and we’re seeking an experienced Application Solutions Architect to support this initiative.

What You'll Do:

• Design, implement, and maintain CRM applications, data integrations, and reporting systems to streamline customer processes.
• Serve as the primary Salesforce expert, managing configuration and integration across multiple clouds including but not limited to: Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and billing tools.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
• Act as release manager, overseeing deployments between sandbox and production environments.
• Provide exceptional support and training to end-users, helping them maximize our technology investments.

What You'll Bring:

• 5 years as a Salesforce Administrator, including configuration and management experience across multiple clouds (Revenue, Experience, Service).
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• Deep expertise in Experience Cloud/Partner Portal functionality including the ability to determine configuration, customization, and/or integrations with external systems.
• Preference for candidates who have thrived in entrepreneurial, start-up, or small-company environments, demonstrating comfort with ambiguity, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
• Proven experience leading or supporting complex technology rollouts.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, design elegant solutions, and clearly communicate technical ideas to diverse audiences.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to independently drive projects from concept to completion.

Work Environment

This position is based on-site at Ozinga’s corporate headquarters in Mokena, IL. Remote candidates will be considered if willing and able to travel to Mokena monthly (typically 3-4 days per visit). Candidates located within driving distance of Mokena will be given preference.
