OZE Studio is a full-service residential interior design studio based in New York, offering design experiences with a warm European sensibility. We work with a discerning clientele who values craftsmanship, intentionality, and beauty in every detail, from the initial concept to the final installation.
As the studio grows its presence in New York, we are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant & Project Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations and help us deliver an exceptional client experience.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a part-time, hands-on role at the heart of the studio. You will work closely with the Founder to keep projects on track, clients informed, and operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and genuinely excited about the world of interiors and design.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the Founder's calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities
• Handle client communications and follow-ups with professionalism and warmth
• Coordinate project timelines, vendor relationships, and deliverables
• Organize and maintain internal files, invoices, presentations, and documentation
• Assist with administrative tasks related to ongoing and upcoming design projects
• Liaise with contractors, artisans, and service providers as needed
• Support the preparation of client proposals and mood boards when required

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────────
• Prior experience in an administrative, coordination, or studio assistant role
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Proficiency in standard office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Based in New York City and authorized to work in the United States
• Interest in interior design, architecture, or luxury lifestyle is a strong plus
• French language skills are a welcome bonus

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $2,000/month gross
• 20 hours per week
• Flexible schedule, to be agreed with the Founder
• Start date: Spring 2026
