The Seasonal
Pool
Manager
is
responsible
for
staff
to
carry
out
the
safety
and
well-being
of
participants in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas during aquatic activities in the pool to effectively and courteously, enforcing all pool rules, regulations, and policies.

AND
Responsibilities
Be knowledgeable, understands, and consistently applies safety rules, policies and guidelines for the pool and aquatic area. Always keeping Safety at the forefront of your mind.
Ensures
personal
safety
for
individuals
using
the
aquatic
facilities
and
surrounding
area
through preventative methods.
Assists
in
maintain
safety
at
aquatic
location/s.
Maintains
records
as
Required
(i.e.,
attendance, progress reports, etc.) and completes incident and accident reports, as necessary.
Supervises
aquatic
staff
to
ensure
that
all
standards
and
safety
Requirements
are
met.
Maintains
pool/s
according
to
all
applicable
standards.
Conducts appropriate
