- Handling Leads: You'll be on the front lines, managing leads from calls, online queries, and referrals.
- Connecting with Sellers: We want you to reach out and really understand what our potential sellers need.
- Turning Leads into Appointments: Get those potential sellers excited about meeting our Home Buying Specialists!
- Keeping Records: Don't worry, we won't leave you hanging—keeping track of interactions in our CRM system is key.
- Teamwork: We're all about brainstorming strategies and keeping each other in the loop on lead status.
- Rockstar Customer Service: Being the bridge between sellers and our team, offering top-notch service all the way.
Here's what we're looking for in you:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: While previous customer service, sales, or real estate experience is awesome, it's not a deal-breaker. We welcome applicants from various backgrounds such as retail sales, telemarketing, hospitality, call center representatives, administrative assistants, and anyone with a knack for connecting with people and solving problems.
