What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crisis Stabilization Center Coordinator position at Ozarks Healthcare?
This position acts as the main point of contact coordinating and providing oversight to the CSC program. This position will supervise a multifaceted team and ensure each CSC client receives proper triage and care. CSC Coordinator will be responsible for clinical oversight of the CSC program, provide employee supervision and oversight, and will coordinate day to day tasks that pertain to the process and management of CSC program. CSC Coordinator will also be responsible for developing community relationships and attending state-wide meetings as central function of the job.
- Oversee activities of staff providing clinical guidance and support regarding direct client care
- Coordinate and facilitate day to day necessities such as creating monthly schedule, inputting receipts, coordinating timely office supply and food orders, ensure a clean and organized environment, etc.
- Timely submission of state required report. Maintain communication with DMH and MBHC contacts as needed. Attend quarterly state meetings and ensure all documentation are in compliance with DMH and CARF.
- Develop relationships with and act as a liaison with ACI staff, hospital emergency rooms, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, outpatient mental health and substance abuse centers, law enforcement, CIT members, CBHLs, and community stake holders.
- Plan and execute weekly interdisciplinary team huddles and team meetings. Provide one-on-one supervision to CSC staff regularly and as needed.
Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or other related field from an accredited college or university. / or QAP certified
