What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Access and Crisis Assessor, Level 1 position at Ozarks Health Care?
Completes psychosocial clinical intake assessments connecting to resources/referrals within the area. Will serve as a member of the Access to Crisis Intervention team providing help to those who are at risk of harm to self or others. Will respond to direct crisis interventions on site with occasional community response as needed. Providing brief therapy and de-escalation skills is a central function of the job.
Interpersonal skills able to relate to employees, physicians, law enforcement, social workers, juvenile officers, clients and/or other agencies involved in crisis care.
Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field with two years of mental health experience required. Reports to the Clinical Manager
On-call is required

Schedule: Full Time, Days, 8am-5pm
