Ozarks Community Hospital in Springfield, MO has an immediate opening for a full-time Spravato Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within our Evergreen Clinic.

Job Summary:
The Spravato Clinic Nurse is responsible for overseeing and administering Spravato (esketamine) treatments within the designated clinic. This role ensures safe, compliant, and high‑quality care for patients receiving Spravato therapy for treatment‑resistant depression. The nurse provides clinical oversight of patient monitoring, documentation, medication handling, and adherence to REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy) program requirements. This position also integrates standard nursing practices, patient education, and collaborative communication with providers and behavioral health teams.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current LPN/LVN licensure in State of Missouri.
- 1 year of related experience working in a medical clinic or office, preferred.
- Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross. Recertification required before expiration throughout employment.
- If float, valid Driver’s License required. This requires a Motor Vehicle Driving Record Background Check to be completed during the onboarding new hire process and throughout employment.
