Ozarks Community Hospital in Springfield, MO has an immediate opening for a Clinic Manager within our Behavioral Health department at Evergreen Clinic.

Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates activities of office staff. Prepares work schedules and expedites work flow. Responsible to assist in the development of policies and procedures and responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures for the office/clinic. Keeps the provider(s) informed of both progress and potential problems. Responsible for the direction and evaluation of patient care delivery. Supports the billing/finance department with their monitoring of billing and collections. Reports to their Clinic Administrator or designee.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Current BLS preferred.
- One year management/supervisory experience, preferably in a medical setting.
- Ability to work with physicians in a collaborative manner.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, third party payors.
- Coding and billing experience preferred.
