- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality and appearance.
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote health and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage janitorial supplies inventory and restock cleaning materials as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with special cleaning projects such as deep cleans or move-in/move-out turnovers to uphold cleanliness excellence.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments.
