Tractor & Mower Service Technician
Ozark Trailer Sales
Ozark Trailer Sales is looking for a dependable, hardworking Tractor & Mower Service Technician to join our team! We are seeking someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and takes pride in providing quality service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair tractors, lawn mowers, and other outdoor power equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, blade sharpening, and equipment inspections.
- Repair and replace engines, belts, hydraulic components, electrical systems, and other mechanical parts.
- Help perform repair and maintenance on trailers as needed.
- Pre-delivery inspections on new equipment for customer delivery.
- Identify needed repairs and communicate service recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on tractors, lawn mowers, small engines, or agricultural equipment preferred.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of gasoline and diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components is a plus.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Must be dependable, motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must have a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy parts and equipment as needed.
