PHYSICIAN LIAISON & STRATEGIC EVENTS COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition SummaryOzark Regional Vein & Artery Center, The Edge at Pinnacle Point, and Renew Aesthetics are seeking a highly relational and growth-focused Physician Liaison & Strategic Events Coordinator to expand referral partnerships and elevate our regional presence across Northwest Arkansas.This role blends provider outreach, strategic business development, marketing collaboration, and high-level event execution. The ideal candidate thrives in relationship-driven environments, enjoys being in the field, and can translate strategy into measurable growth outcomes.This position works closely with clinical and executive leadership, as well as our marketing team, to strengthen referral pipelines, support service line growth, and enhance brand visibility across the market.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvider Outreach & Relationship DevelopmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with referring Providers, Office Managers, and Referral CoordinatorsConduct regular in-person visits to targeted practices, providers, and other organizations across the market to promote collaboration and identify opportunities for service enhancement. Identify referral barriers and develop actionable solutionsEducate Providers on services, treatment protocols, and patient qualification criteriaDevelop and manage strategic targeting objectives, outreach activity plans and growth initiative planning. Collaborate with leadership to plan growth initiatives, leveraging data to identify opportunities and measure progress.Ensure accurate documentation of interactions, feedback and identified barriers in the relationship management system to support reporting and strategy development. Strategic Growth & Business DevelopmentIdentify and cultivate new target specialties (PCP, cardiology, podiatry, wound care, OB/GYN, urology, etc.)Provide insights on provider preferences, market trends, competitive positioning and service enhancement opportunities based on outreach and data analysis across the marketAssist in launching new service lines through outreach and onboarding activitiesRepresent the clinic at healthcare networking events and other regional events.Coordinate marketing strategies and brand representation with Marketing TeamEVENT PLANNING & EXECUTIONPlan and coordinate strategic events including:Referring provider lunches and dinnersOpen housesCommunity engagement eventsProvider and team appreciation eventsHealth fairs and exposPartner with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effective promotionManage event budgets and measure ROI to ensure impactIDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILEExperience:2 years in: Healthcare sales, Pharmaceutical rep, Customer service management, Medical device rep, Practice development, and/or Healthcare marketing requiredEvent planning experience strongly preferredEstablished professional network in Northwest Arkansas preferredSkillsStrong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skillsHighly organized, with excellent time management abilitiesCommunicate effectively with physicians, executives and team membersProblem-solving and critical thinking skillsBudget management experienceProficiency with Google and Microsoft platforms, CRM systems and data analysis tools.Personality TraitsSelf-starterPolished, confident and professional presenceHigh emotional intelligenceResilient and adaptable in fast-paced environmentStrong work ethic and sense of integrityLicenses and CertificationsRN/LPN preferred but not requiredCompensation StructureBase salary plus performance-based bonus tied to measurable business growthMust be willing to work occasional nights and weekend
