What You'll Do
- Greet patients warmly and create a positive, professional first impression
- Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style experience throughout the patient visit
- Manage front desk communications including phone calls, texts, emails, and inquiries
- Coordinate and optimize the appointment schedule to ensure smooth clinic flow
- Handle scheduling changes with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Assist with patient check-in/check-out and accurately process payments
- Educate patients on services, promotions, and products as appropriate
- Friendly, polished, and professional presence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using multiple systems (e.g., scheduling software, Word, Excel)
- Team-oriented with a positive, adaptable mindset
- Minimum 2 years of medical scheduling or front office experience (required)
- Minimum 2 years of computer experience (required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 30-minute unpaid lunch
- In-person role located in Rogers, AR
- $18–$20/hour, depending on experience
