What You'll Do

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Oversee the implementation of evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed.

Provide supervision, training, and guidance to behavior technicians and other team members.

Partner with families and caregivers to promote skill development and consistency across environments.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive, client-centered care.
What We're Looking For

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field, consistent with certification requirements.

Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder preferred.

Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.
