Ozark Mountain Overnights manages a growing portfolio of premium short-term rental cabins and properties across the Branson and Table Rock Lake area. Our guests and owners expect five-star stays every time -- and this role is how we guarantee it.
What You'll Do:
The Property Inspector & Supply Runner is our eyes on the ground. You'll be in properties every day, inspecting completed cleans, checking on property condition, stocking the supplies our cleaning crews depend on, and making sure every home is truly guest-ready before check-in. If something isn't right, you're the one who catches it. This includes, but isn't limited to, the following:
- Perform detailed post-clean inspections to verify every property meets our five-star standard before guest arrival;
- Walk properties for maintenance and upkeep issues -- inside and out -- and document what you find with photos;
- Handle minor fixes on the spot (light bulbs, batteries, air filters, small touch-ups) and report larger issues to the operations team;
- Stock and deliver cleaning supplies and guest consumables so crews always have what they need;
- Keep inventory organized and flag when it's time to reorder;
- Complete inspection reports, checklists, and photo documentation through our property management apps;
- Communicate clearly and promptly with operations and cleaning teams throughout the day.
What We’re Looking For
- Meticulous eye for detail -- you notice the crooked lampshade, the streaked mirror, the burned-out porch light;
- Self-directed and dependable; you manage a route and a checklist without someone looking over your shoulder;
- Take pride in finishing work to a standard, not just getting it done;
- Comfortable being on the move all day -- driving between properties, climbing stairs, lifting supply totes (up to 40 lbs.);
- Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance (mileage reimbursed);
- Comfortable with technology -- you'll use smartphone apps every day for inspection reports, photos, checklists, and team communication.
