The Warehouse Operator is responsible for efficient warehouse operations not limited to inventory/shipment of outgoing products and raw materials required for manufacturing operations. Here is how you will make an impact: Unload and upload materials. Coordinate, packages, and product movement within the warehouse. Receives material coming into the plant and distributes material to appropriate plant locations. Maintain an organized and orderly Warehouse area. Prepare all items for shipment. Record and manage all impaired or damaged items. Report shortages. Conduct forklift inspections; Report the need for repairs. Well organized and willing to take direction, requests, and prioritize own workload. Demonstrate the ability to work as a team, and to think ahead and have ability to manage situations well under pressure is a plus. Comply with all company policies and guidelines, including and not limited to safety and attendance Assist in maintaining a safe environment. Assist with inventory when needed. Assist with unloading bulk tanker materials when needed. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor/manager. Here is what you will need to succeed: · High School Diploma or equivalent required · Minimum of 6 months warehouse experience required · Ability to obtain forklift certification · Ability to follow verbal and written directions · Ability to push, pull, lift 70 lbs.; Stand up to 11 hours daily · This role is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
