Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
- Support health insurance agents with administrative and customer service tasks
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients
- Help clients with basic policy questions and documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records and files
- Check in clients for their appointments
- Respond to emails and office communications promptly
- Provide a welcoming and positive experience for clients
