We are seeking an experienced Body Shop Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Additional dealer prep and reconditioning work may be assigned as needed.

We are seeking an experienced Body Shop Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards. - Perform body, structural, and collision repairs according to estimates and repair procedures
- Repair or replace damaged body panels and components
- Perform welding, soldering, panel alignment, and related repair operations
- Identify additional damage and communicate supplements to management
- Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals
- Communicate effectively with Parts and Production teams to ensure timely repairs
- Follow manufacturer repair procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Properly document completed repairs and labor operations
- Attend ongoing training to remain current on repair methods and vehicle technology
- Properly handle and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Ensure customer vehicles are treated with care and returned in clean condition
- Assist with dealer reconditioning and vehicle preparation as needed
- Minimum 1 year of automotive collision repair experience
- I-CAR and/or ASE certifications preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
