Registered Dietitian

A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've served the community since 1971. We are a place of life, a place of caring, and more importantly, a true home for our residents.
We are seeking to hire a Registered Dietitian.
- $75K to $80K annually based on skills and experience.
Registered Dietitian Qualifications:
- Active Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) registration through the Commission of Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association.
- MS or BS degree plus completion of a dietetic internship program.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care.
- Knowledge of current best practices in medical nutrition therapy.
- Strong knowledge of State and Federal regulatory guidelines, MDS and standards impacting Clinical Nutrition department in Long-Term Care.
- Excellent client services, organization and communication skills are essential.
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Point Click Care.
Registered Dietitian Job Summary:
- Work effectively with the Clinical team to provide comprehensive nutrition support for our acute, and long-term care residents.
