What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Account Representative position at Oz Marketing LLC?
Oz Marketing is a premier agency in Utah's advertising industry. For 15 years, we've led impactful campaigns and initiatives for a variety of businesses, including those in the automotive, powersports, and financial sectors. Our award-winning team consists of tenured experts as well as visionary creatives who leverage the newest technology and data available to deliver captivating work across all projects.
We are seeking a Client Account Representative to join our business development team as we continue to grow. In this role, you'll be an integral part of bringing on new clients — involved from the very first conversation through signing and into onboarding. Once a new client joins the agency, you become their account representative, guiding them through their marketing and serving as their trusted day-to-day contact.
This role is built for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, loves the energy of new business, and takes pride in building relationships that last. In addition to bringing on new clients, you'll also serve a portfolio of existing clients — maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their continued success with the agency. Some travel is required. If you're a motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for marketing and sales, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Support New Business Development: Work alongside the business development team throughout the sales process — researching prospective clients, supporting outreach, and contributing to proposals and pitches that win new business for Oz Marketing.
- Prepare and Deliver Marketing Presentations: Help build polished, customized presentations that showcase Oz Marketing's tools and capabilities, and participate in delivering them to prospective clients.
- Be Involved from Day One: Join client conversations early in the process so that relationships, expectations, and strategy carry seamlessly from prospect to signed client.
- Own Client Onboarding: Once a new client signs, take charge of their onboarding — gathering brand assets, setting expectations, building strong marketing campaigns, and ensuring an exceptional first experience with the agency.
- Serve as the Account Representative for New Clients: Become the primary point of contact for newly signed clients, building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional service that positions them for long-term growth with Oz Marketing.
- Prepare and Lead Client Meetings: Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to discuss current campaigns, review performance, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Serve Existing Clients: Maintain and grow relationships with an existing portfolio of clients, delivering consistent service, strategic guidance, and marketing support that keeps them engaged and invested in the agency.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with internal creative, digital, and account teams to ensure alignment with each client's vision and goals from day one. Deliver clear briefs so campaigns launch on strategy.
- Grow Client Investment: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities as relationships develop, maximizing the value clients receive from our full range of services.
