We are seeking an account representative who will work closely with clients to develop impactful marketing strategies, deliver measurable results and grow business. The responsibilities of this role extend to generating revenue for Oz Marketing by fostering strong relationships, identifying opportunities to expand our services and assisting with event planning and execution.

Responsibilities
- Drive Sales for Oz Marketing: Focus on generating additional revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with current clients. Showcase the value of additional marketing services and campaigns to increase client investment.
- Generate Business for Clients: Collaborate with clients to create innovative marketing campaigns and branding strategies that drive measurable results. Act as the primary point of contact for multiple clients — building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Campaign Execution: Hold regular advertising meetings with clients to discuss strategy/brainstorm ideas and review analytics/execute campaigns. Deliver clear campaign briefs to the creative team ensuring they align with the client’s vision and goals.
- Event Planning and Marketing Support: Assist clients with planning and executing marketing strategies for events (including logistics/ promotional campaigns and onsite branding). Coordinate with vendors and creative teams to develop event materials such as signage/digital ads and collateral. Track the success of events through analytics and provide actionable insights for future planning.
- Track and Report Performance: Provide clients with campaign performance metrics to demonstrate ROI and drive confidence in ongoing collaboration — making pivot recommendations where necessary.
Qualifications
- Sales and/or marketing experience — particularly in account management or advertising is highly encouraged
- Confidence in conducting presentations and leading client meetings
- Ability to generate excitement around ideas and secure buy-in from clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced marketing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred, but not required.
