We are seeking extra ordinary Guest Services member (Concierge) who can engage with our amazing guests and provide services that exceed customer expectations. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working. Training will be provided in all aspects to help you be successful:

· Provide professional, friendly and engaging service in accordance with OYESPA’s service standards

· Welcoming guests, answering phones and booking appointments

· Making tea, coffee, smoothies and food for guests and staff

· Assisting managers and service staff to improve guest experience or in-store tasks like laundry, organizing retail or service areas/rooms, laundry, dusting or cleaning surfaces, cleaning doors and windows.

· Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management;

· Clean and disinfect public areas; and

· Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.

Qualifications:

• At least 18, must be able to commute to the job independently or have reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years’ experience working in hospitality and guest services
• Passionate to serve guests with outgoing and pleasing personality to engage
• Actively participates in advanced training or ongoing education to improve guest services
• Experience in administrative or operational and computer skills

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
