Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join our team. This is a newer position within OxyHealth, and will report to our Sales Manager. This role will be crucial in generating new business, following up on prospects, supporting industry events, and driving sales of our hyperbaric chambers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, CRM systems, and business development.
Requirements
- Follow up on qualified leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Occasionally represent OxyHealth at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, providing product demonstrations and engaging with potential clients.
- Use Zoho CRM, to manage customer relationships, track leads, and ensure seamless follow-ups.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of OxyHealth products and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Thorough understanding of consumer and business grade financial programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
3 years of experience in sales, preferably in medical or high-value equipment sales.
Proficiency in using CRM systems (Zoho experience is a plus).
Experience attending and representing companies at industry events and trade shows.
Possesses a working knowledge of human biology, equivalent to college-level course work.

Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience in B2B and B2C sales
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Compliance of HIPAA requirements to maintain patient confidentiality and safeguard sensitive health information.
Familiarity with FDA guidelines and regulations governing medical devices, particularly related to hyperbaric chambers.
Other Duties:
May require frequent travel
May require overtime and after-hours work

Must be able to lift to 25lbs.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Independent operation of hyperbaric chambers
