Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. This position involves receiving, storing, and shipping products while maintaining an organized and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Shipping & Receiving:
  

• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.
  

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  

• Inventory Management:
  

• Assist in counting and organizing inventory to maintain accuracy.
  

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Warehouse Manager.
  

• Warehouse Organization & Maintenance:
  

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
  

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  

• Quality Control:
  

• Inspect shipments for damages and report any discrepancies.
  

• Ensure all products are handled with care to maintain quality standards.
  

• Safety & Compliance:
  

• Follow all workplace safety protocols and guidelines.
  

• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
  

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
  

• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
  

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
