Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Outbound Sales Specialist with expertise in sports medicine to join our team on a contract basis. This role, reporting directly to the Sales Manager, is critical in managing and developing outbound sales strategies to drive lead generation and expand our customer base for hyperbaric chambers in the sports medicine field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales prospecting, lead qualification, and customer relationship management, specifically working with sports medicine professionals, athletic trainers, physical therapists, and both professional and collegiate sports teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the sports medicine industry through proactive outreach and lead generation.
Engage with sports medicine professionals, athletic trainers, rehabilitation specialists, and sports teams via outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers using CRM software.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted outbound campaigns focused on the sports medicine market.
Educate potential clients on the benefits of hyperbaric chamber therapy for sports recovery and injury rehabilitation.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound sales activities and outcomes.
Stay informed about industry trends, sports medicine advancements, and product updates to effectively position OxyHealth’s solutions within the athletic and rehabilitation sectors.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Science, or equivalent experience.
2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in medical devices for sports medicine or within the healthcare industry.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM or Salesforce.
Proven background in B2B sales, particularly with athletic training facilities, physical therapy clinics, and sports teams.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in cold calling and email outreach techniques.
Highly organized with exceptional time-management skills.
Analytical mindset to assess lead quality and evaluate sales effectiveness.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
Familiarity with sports medicine applications of hyperbaric chambers and other recovery technologies (preferred but not required).
Understanding of HIPAA requirements to maintain patient confidentiality and safeguard sensitive health information.
Knowledge of FDA guidelines and regulations governing medical devices, particularly related to hyperbaric chambers.
Other Duties:
Occasional travel to meet with potential clients or attend industry events.
Flexibility to work after hours as needed.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and passport.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Competence in the independent operation of hyperbaric chambers.
