Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Outbound Sales Specialist with expertise in medi-spas, health & wellness clinics, holistic medicine and alternative therapies to join our team on a contract basis. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this new role will be crucial in managing and developing outbound sales strategies to drive lead generation and expand our customer base for hyperbaric chambers in the wellness and aesthetic industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales prospecting, lead qualification, and customer relationship management, with a focus on medi-spa professionals, aesthetic clinics, wellness centers, and luxury spas.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the medi-spa, holistic medicine clinic, and alternative therapies industries through proactive outreach and lead generation.
Proactively engage with medi-spa owners, aesthetic professionals, wellness practitioners, and luxury spa managers through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers using CRM software.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns focused on the wellness and aesthetic markets.
Educate potential clients on the benefits of hyperbaric chamber therapy for skin rejuvenation, recovery, and overall wellness.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound sales activities and outcomes.
Stay informed about industry trends, wellness advancements, and product updates to effectively position OxyHealth’s solutions within the medi-spa and clinic sectors.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or equivalent experience.
2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in medical devices, wellness, or the aesthetic industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM or Salesforce.
Experience in B2B sales, particularly with medi-spas, holistic medicine clinics, and wellness centers.
General understanding of human biology.
Familiarity with hyperbaric chambers is considered an asset.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in cold calling and email outreach techniques.
Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
Analytical mindset to assess lead quality and sales effectiveness.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with medi-spa applications of hyperbaric chambers and other wellness technologies (preferred but not required).
Understanding of HIPAA requirements to maintain patient confidentiality and safeguard sensitive health information.
Familiarity with FDA guidelines and regulations governing medical devices, particularly related to hyperbaric chambers.
Previous sales experience to naturopaths or chiropractors considered an asset.
Other Duties:
May require travel domestically and internationally to meet with potential clients or attend industry events.
May require overtime and after-hours work.
Must have a valid driver’s license and passport.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Independent operation of hyperbaric chambers.
