We're looking for a Brand Content Designer to work alongside our Brand Director who will bring a consistent, discerning eye to every touchpoint and elevate our visual presence wherever we show up, with a customer-first mindset at the core of everything you create.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Video & Ads
- High-converting video ads (10, 15, 30-sec) for Meta, YouTube, TikTok & more
- Static ads, email designs, website assets, and social creatives
- Multi-format thinking — one design, many executions
- Camera op support for in-house photo & video shoots
Brand & Packaging
- Apply and elevate existing branding across all touchpoints
- New product packaging design and prototyping
- Maintain and expand the brand asset library
- Creative briefs and campaign concepting
E-Commerce & DTC
- Sales-focused PDPs for Amazon, Chewy, Walmart, and DTC site
- Product photography editing with channel consistency
- Hooks, supporting copy, and CTAs baked into everything
Launches & More
- Full product launch campaign assets
- Pitch decks, tradeshow swag, sales support flyers
- Competitive research and trend awareness

We're a hybrid company with in-office 4 days a week and WFH Fridays. In-person presence is required — we're a face-to-face crew. REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3–5 years in a marketing designer role. A current, up-to-date portfolio is required — no portfolio, no consideration. CPG, DTC, or pet industry experience is a strong plus.
Must be willing to work in-house at our downtown Coeur d'Alene location 4 days per week.
You know Adobe Creative Suite inside and out and if you have a go-to video editor outside the Adobe ecosystem, we're not going to hold that against you.
Must be willing to pass a design test as part of the interview process.
