The Compensation Analytics Lead plays a critical role in supporting organizational objectives through the design, administration, and analysis of compensation programs, as well as leadership of key Human Resources initiatives. Leads the preparation and analysis of monthly and ad hoc compensation metrics and dashboards, leveraging analytics to deliver actionable insights that support leadership decision-making and workforce strat - egy.Drives continuous process improvement by evaluating compensation workflows, metrics, and reporting methodologies; recommends and implements enhancements to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and scalabil

Required Qualific
