The Compensation Analytics Lead plays a critical role in supporting organizational objectives through the design, administration, and analysis of compensation programs, as well as leadership of key Human Resources initiatives. This role provides advanced analytical and consultative support for salary and incentive programs, market pricing, compensation metrics, and strategic HR projects to ensure competitive, equitable, and business-aligned pay practices across the organization.

    Leads the preparation and analysis of monthly and ad hoc compensation metrics and dashboards, leveraging analytics to deliver actionable insights that support leadership decision-making and workforce strat
  • egy.Drives continuous process improvement by evaluating compensation workflows, metrics, and reporting methodologies; recommends and implements enhancements to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and scalabil
  • ity.Reviews, analyzes, and advises on salary and incentive recommendations to ensure alignment with internal equity, external market competitiveness, and organizational pay philoso
  • phy.Serves as a subject matter expert supporting key Human Resources initiatives, ensuring compensation programs and pay practices align with business goals and evolving market conditi
  • ons.Conducts complex, ad hoc compensation analyses as requested by HR leadership and senior management, including pay equity, job architecture, and workforce planning analy
  • ses.Partners closely with HR Business Partners and management to address compensation-related questions, provide guidance, and support informed decision-mak
  • ing.Creates, maintains, and audits job profiles and job documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational structure and market d
  • ata.Participates in and leads annual compensation benchmarking and market pricing activities, including salary surveys covering pay levels and pay practi
  • ces.Supports data integrity through regular compensation audits and validation of HRIS and reporting outp
  • uts.Assists with the development of clear, effective communication materials related to compensation programs, guidelines, and annual proces
  • ses.Provides training, guidance, and ongoing support to managers and HR partners on compensation tools, processes, and best practi
  • ces.Performs additional duties as assigned that support the broader goals of the Compensation team and the Human Resources funct

Required Qualific



  • ations

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Finance, or a relate
  • d field.A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Compensation, Human Resources, or related analytica
  • l roles.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, lookups, data cleaning, and
  • macros.Experience creating da
  • shboardsStrong experience working with compensation and advanced compensation Workday
  • modules.Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommen
  • dations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present compensation data to diverse au
  • diences.High attention to detail and strong organizational
