Vision: The Worship Director will plan and lead services for a multi-generational congregation in worship. Must have worship ministry experience.

Worship Job Responsibilities
Part-Time position for 15 hours a week dedicated to preparation of music, worship team rehearsal, and Sunday morning worship.
- Manages music development of the church while identifying, recruiting, and training new volunteers
- Responsible for scheduling musicians, vocalists, tech and media team (sound tech, video, computer) on Planning Center.
- Meets weekly with the Lead Pastor and staff members for weekly and monthly planning
- Plans special services and musical events when needed (i.e. Christmas Eve, Good Friday, etc.)
- Leads rehearsals and sound checks
- Maintains church-owned instruments and sound equipment through upkeep, updating, regular piano tuning, and purchasing new equipment/technology
- Maintains licensing for music, scheduling, and live streaming, including obligatory reporting to CCLI when required
- Sets up ProPresenter with lyrics, sermon notes, and videos to be used during worship services.
- Develops an annual budget and works within that budget
- Participates in an annual review with the Lead Pastor
- Opportunity to work towards new vision for the church as it expands in the future.
